How It Works:
The leaves of the red raspberry plant contain trace amounts of several minerals and vitamins. Adults: Take 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon in water with a meal three times daily. For tea, use 1/2 teaspoon in hot water. Children: Take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in water three times daily with a meal.
